Evang.R. Eliyahu Chiles grew up in and around Boyle Heights area an old Jewish community. He had a troubled past that led him to live a
lifestyle full of gangs,money and a dangerous life style that has its price. Serving almost 21 years in and out of Federal and State prisons,
Bob knew he had to change something. He got saved inside a dump'ster and excepted the Elohim of his For Fathers of Yisrael and has
never looked back since. Now serving Elohim for 34 years and is the SR, founder of Eagles Haven Congregation and Ministry. He is
presently traveling touring the Nations.
